A. No fancy gym equipment needed!
You just need a yoga mat and an optional mini resistance band (which I highly recommend for added turnout and core work). That’s it.
Everything else is bodyweight and dancer focused.
But you can add weights to any of the workouts if you have them, but they're not required!
